MILWAUKEE — In his post-game press conference, Coach Chris Finch had this to say: “I honestly didn’t notice we had a 20-point lead,” Finch remarked, voice flat. “I only found out when everyone started panicking.”
“The most generous display of Minnesota Nice ever,” the Timberwolves blew a 20-point lead heading into the fourth quarter to the Lillard-less Milwaukee Bucks, surrendering a borderline comedic 30-2 run to open the final quarter, ultimately losing 110-103.
The collapse couldn’t have come at a worse time for the Wolves, who were hoping to avoid the play-in. With a chance at the 4th seed on the line, they now find themselves mired in the 8th.
Now some fans are calling for Finch’s job — something the recent dismissal of Nugget’s HC Michael Malone may have inspired, although Finch has found himself the source of many Wolves’ fans ire all season long for his late game management and player rotations.
Minnesota will have the chance to improve their chances to move out of the play-in position with a game against the 7th seeded Memphis Grizzlies this Thursday,

Next Game: April 10th at 8:30 CST vs. Memphis (47-32)
Where to watch: TNT, TruTV, Fan Duel Sports North
